As a 501c3 nonprofit PHENOMENON MEDIA provides fiscal sponsorship for social good startups and initiatives. Our mission is to advance cutting edge development in multimedia experience design for the good of all.

We identify complex projects and amplify their impact with multiple points of engagement — games, film, visual art, graphic novels, music, etc. — interconnected within a larger narrative framework.

Once launched, initiatives are then able to morph into independent non-profit or for profit ventures as suits their needs.

SPOTLIGHT PROJECT

colorCODE is an educational toy that demystifies computer code and makes web development an easy-to-approach and entertaining process. We do this by taking the code off the screen and concretizing coding languages starting with HTML as physical building blocks.

Both the toys themselves as well as accompanying learning materials have been designed to improve the experience of visual and kinesthetic learners. Data taken throughout product testing supports that when using our system most children can learn to build their own website in just 30 minutes even without previous coding experience.
